Mickle, good to see you finally got your anniversary ultra. Looks good. What do you think of it compared to the CVO twin cam ultra you had?
If you are talking about just the engine as my 2015 was the 117ci I need to put some more kms on it before it loosens up but at this
early 120km stage it feels like it wants to go that's for sure, suspension wise it rides way better and I doubt very much that I will be
upgrading anything in that area (2015 cost $2000 to get it acceptable) so overall I think Harley may have nailed this Tourer if the
    engines hold up.

My first born. A 2003 Soft tail Deuce. Quick release saddle bags, airhawk, Hoglights led headlight, detachable windscreen, one of Fire511's swing arm bags. 105K now. I love it.

Kato. Thx for kind words. Knock on wood, I've had the best run with this bike, my first Harley. Not had the tensioner or any other mechanical done but planning to get it looked at next service (110K) I do an oil change and filter every 5k and full service every 10K with ABW (since I got it at 17K). Shocks still excellent, smooth engine, great brakes  Original belt. Only had a dodgy front rotor replaced when I got the bike. (sounds like an advert doesn't it?) Paintwork and chrome excellent after 15 years due to cleaning and polishing frequently. I was lucky enough to have a missus said I could keep it when I got the ultra.

About the same as it's original purchase price I'd reckon.

    And that was.......

Depends if you ordered it with Fuel Injection or not as FI  wasn't std back then

$31k no FI and another $1500-00 for fuel injection .

That price is from Morgans A Wanker in Bne

Give em anoter 10-15 years to reach the collectable status

Oh - i have a feeling that two tone paint schemes were more too ( but cannot be sure on that )

    does that help

That's probably an o.k. price ($25k). Go for it PB.

The $46k one is owned by a dreamer. For $46k you'd be better off buying an old classic Holden. LOL.
