kuryakyn cruise arm mark iv

    thinking about putting forward controls on the deluxe & came across these.   not sure if they will do.  anyone got/had these ?  or anyone that’s put forwards on deluxe/heritage/fatty was it a straight swap out ?

    I have the mark 111 on my fatty and they great if you want to keep the boards.
    Very adjustable.
    I have them set up so my heels rest on the front of the boards.
    I also have a Kuryakyn kit which moves the boards out 1 inch and forward 1 inch.
    I tried a set on softail standard forward controls and found they didnt let me stretch out much at all.
    Forward pegs would need to be pushed out about 3 inches to allow the same reach I have now
    I am 6 foot tall
    The harley forward controls are a straight bolt on.
    I have also done it on a deluxe for a mate.

    that is part of my problem,  like the idea of keeping to boards for different positioning on longer rides.
