Good point. With the ridiculous increase in power between engine sizes, I'm wearing out tyres a lot faster on my 103 ultra compared to my 88 deuce.  Damn you MoCo..

You are right there jaffee. If there was a cost for new gasket (I can't remember), it was when I converted both bikes back to stock pipes from the ones they came with. Cool doesn't come easily for me.

Steelo — go to the poor behaviour corner next to Pauly. He is still in the bad books (for upsetting someone the other day) and would appreciate the company.

I've never looked at the m8 , but sounds like muffler bolts up rather than clamps. I would say an improvement. hi temp silicone normally works for jobs like that.
