Just saw Mr Lebo chainsaw attacker was jailed today for 12 months. His Barrister, yes Barrister argued that he would miss the birth of his child and is a former ice addict and was on bail for a undisclosed crime. The magistrate was not swayed

Guess my thermos of tea just don’t cut it........

Not sure the barristers affliction for his client are in question, its his flimsy submission to not have him jailed on the basis of his PRIOR addiction and he will suffer as a result of not being available for his child's birth, actions/ consequences
