    I will be doing a smoked ham, for Xmas
    I will be having my crew over in January for our Xmas show, that will have brisket, ribs (beef and pig)and maybe a lamb spit

    Had the crew over for a X-mas drinks yesterday, went on into the morning
    ended up cooking 2 briskets and a couple Pork shoulders of different rubs, chicken wings and some cashews


    it was a warm day


    the next one, if they keep up the good work

    Quick cook for some work food, will take in the pork for sandwiches for the next few days, the lamb chops and herb sausages lunch, some cashews for a snack (I like them), the corn was an experiment, will be for tea tomorrow night


    I should have cut the pork to show how moist it was
