Good afternoon. I have a few bits and pieces I need for an early five speed Evo Sportster motor. I have part numbers. Where is the best place to buy by mail order please for delivery to WA? Not easy for me to find time to call in to a dealership. Harley parts preferred over aftermarket.
    Thanks.

Welcome Fred, if you need genuine HD parts would have to contact an Aussie dealer. Depending on what u need.?

Thanks. Bits like drive side crankshaft seal, updated oil pump drive gear, updated alternator rotor, full engine gasket set etc.... Anyone in particular has a good reputation for mail order parts?
    Cheers.

you might get bronze oil pump gear from hammer performance in usa ask them about the other parts they are good to deal with and get the parts out quick. if value under $1,000au in total they would get them to you in about a week.

Thanks, I am aware of those guys. For original HD parts, I understand a ban was put on all HD dealerships by the mothership preventing them exporting parts a few years back. So, for example, I prefer the later HD gasket sets over Cometic or James. Hammer can only supply those brands, I think. So for some of the stuff I need, I will have to buy in Australia anyway. Cheers.
