would any one know how to move the rear fender to the left a bit ? done the whole measuring up the axel and trying to line it up so i am convinced that the rear fender has some how moved to the right rubs the tyre a bit , so may be loosen all the strut screws, bags push it left and tighten again ?

some how i may have put this in the wrong department 

looks that way, but no worries, as long as I've ridden Harleys all the ones I've had one side the tyre is closer than the other side. that's a normal thing with HD.
