Hi, can't find much out there if fatbob pipes would fit on my slim. I know it will need brackets made, would the rest bolt up fine without clearance issues?

I reckon you’ll be the first to try. Might depend on the year, don’t the new Slims have a 240 rear ?

Why a FB exhaust?

I reckon it would. I put a '10 Wideglide V&H system (180? tyre) on my "18 Breakout (with 140 tyre). Mainly because nothing was available at the time. Cut, weld and grind a little. All good.
