g day Gone Bush, enjoy mate!!
About one month back, I went for a ride down the coast, to the fishing town of Eden NSW. I was tuning a new motor in & also water a feed of fish. as I parked my bike, a guy come over introduced himself, had been riding Harleys a while. was on his way down VIC I think to pick up a new HD Trike with the 114 cubic inch M8 motor, & take his bride for a tour of Tassie, I had not long before that, just had a good ride on a new M8 powered HD, the one I road was a 107 but out feel they have a good Torque delivery, so I think a good combination with the trike!! Enjoy it M8!! post up your first ride experience.

I have to confess, the worsening combination of arthritis and angina has made it more difficult to ride my Street Glide, to the point where moving it around at low speed is starting to occasionally feel risky.  I can see myself with either one of these or a much lighter bike than my Street Glide in a couple of years I suspect.
I have to say they do look good...

Wat. one of those mean lean 4 wheel "electric scooter that ya can"t hear, and nearly every time turn around and think, "Fuck that was close" dam near was run over. Think they should have noise, and speed limiters, plus a PPE. there ya go.
Seriously, they do fucken blast along, have seen husband and wife racing each other on the footpath. Good on the old ....people.
Can see PB with his High bars on Mobility Scooter, sorry vehicle, scooting along the fucken footpath, scaring the fuck outta walking punters.....lol

Great effort on the Tri, I was going to buy one until the extra $3k was put on a month ago.
The government up'd the price to RDO them, that was the reason for the increase, Adelaide told me it was the AU$

After tripping over a coffee table back in August and having a numb left leg ever since, I have been thinking of going the 3 wheeler myself. Just can't justify how much I would loose on the Road King (MY18) and the new price of the Tri.
Next best option, I've ordered an independent rear conversion from the states. They reckon the IRS give a better ride and I get to keep all the extras I've already spent good dollars on for the Road King.

We don’t buy them as investments....they all depreciate quicker than we can make the money to buy them

Guess this also needs an engineer certificate to get it regoed?

That would be correct, still works out a heck of a lot cheaper than changeover.
Like I said, the other advantages are that all my goodies are in place and it is IRS as opposed to solid axle.

Give em a break, they couldn't even get their signage right - the sign is for "Milwaukee Eight 107" but the new ones are 114, he even says 114 in his spiel.
