Those jokes as old as the hill's. think the boys have been around Harleys a while.
wonder how long before he leaves for the Simpson?
Only thing I did not like is, he ordered a rigid frame, when the guy has made it. he turns around & say's why would you replace a perfectly good frame for the rigid. I thought same thing right at start. what I'm not happy about , is he gets the guy to go to the trouble & time to make a frame that will be hard to sell. so I hope he pays the Guy for his time, wasted!!

A question for the one's that may know!
How will the extended back end handle from Geelong to big red.
Its got to be a strange bike to handle with a stage 4 and such a long swing arm to ride 2000ish Ks at touring speed

BD, with changes like that, it is more trial an error. I've never liked long swingarms for the street, but a lot like them for drag racing. this bike is rubber mounted motor , so the swingarm is mounted into engine GB casting & not into the frame, seems a bit dicy to me as they or the swingarm will have more leverage . if it was a rigid mounted motor would be different. but longer wheelbase better ride, won't turn in as tighter circle. but those knobbly tyres not good on street will only help in mud , sand is never going to have much traction. we will just have to wait & watch him fall off!! also chain transmits harmonic vibes, that a belt isolates .

    WOHHH,
had every drug known to man kind. Organic, synthetic.....
And that just blew my mind.
Entertaining bloke.Gotta have a ute though for travel, then, gotta have permits, and then maybe gotta have someone to look after him.
Col, old school thinker, and his crew are good school. Went there for years, 15-20  years ago, when some silly boy was selling off shit dirt cheap, something happened at GHD. Col's got the right road, interesting to see how Mr. D transports product to sand hill. Where I was a kid we had saand hills andd some friends, kids died buried by a fucken sand hill, SA. tread carefully.

James I would be interested in the specifics of your current set up, I have a stock 117 at the moment and have been thinking of engine exhaust mods.
