Words fail me, 4 to 6 with his wrap sheet and while on parole, what a fucking joke !!
He is beyond rehabilitation Miss Judge, 14 years min and then piss him off to the East Islands.
The bullshit excuses about being a druggy on ice doesn't fly with me, he wasn't tied down and forced to take it was he, free choice so cop the  consequences I say.
Wish we could  cut the fucker up for parts as he is just going to be  a scumbag till the day be dies.
    Rant over.

I'm sure his address will slip out into public domain and then hope that karma kicks in from a few local boys.

Sadly centrelink seems to be the address for most these oxygen thieves

The law is a arse. Myself and my wife are members of a music club and 2 years ago one of our members left early to go home and she was stopped, bashed and robbed in the carpark and at the time she was 63 years old. Just found out one of the offenders 20 years old now got 2 years parole for this crime. So the law is a arse the guilty get away with a slap on the wrist there is no justice. Sorry for the rant but I was there that night and I seen the shocking affects to the victim.

Yep it seems bloody soft on violent crimes, but hard on soft crimes like    going 1 or 2 km/hr over the posted speed. It isnt the cops fault they are just the pawns doing what the soulless politicians deem will gather as much cash from Joe public as possible.
As is policy of cost saving by not locking up these blights on humanity. It is the politicians and bureaucrats who instruct the courts and law council, and if they felt like it I'm sure the soft sentencing would end.

A friend of mine lost his mum, dad and sister via a stolen car hitting them up tge arse at ballistic speeds whoke stopped at a red light. Car was stolen and being chased by the cops, driven by some 19 year old prick with a long track record of car theft and B&E's etc.

Years later had a very heated discussion with this young guy who was outraged that his mate was severely injured in a car chase in the stolen car he was driving.
I pointed out that if his mate wasn't a low life car thief he would be fine.

While the policy is now not to chase thats not how it used to be.

It’s dismaying and disgusting and absolutely not a reflection of Australia and our values. Lock them up and throw away the fuckin keys. Or better still, draw and quarter them first.

A convicted traitor was fastened to a hurdle, or wooden panel, and drawn by horse to the place of execution, where he was then hanged (almost to the point of death), emasculated, disembowelled, beheaded, and quartered (chopped into four pieces).

Maybe that was a bit extreme, but you get my message.

Yeah Muzza, You are being a bit extreme, that punishment would be  too lenient.
Then again, you could be right, burning at the stake will get the greenies and global warming folks upset. Perhaps slowly lowering him into boiling oil, maybe a vegetable oil so no one’s offended.

He should get 20 years without the possibility of ever having a licence. This story is all to common unfortunately.  Hopefully one day our legal system will take a tougher stance.  Everyone I ever speak to on these issues are begging for tougher penalties

Another one this morning, stolen car ploughed through a bus stop cleaning up two innocent people, both alive at the moment, but in critical condition.
Driver pisses off but was caught when he went to a hospital hours later.

When I was eighteen in 1981 I was driving home from a night shift. I was a concrete labourer at the time and it was a one off night shift. We had to cement line some mains water pipes under the intersection of Nicholson St and Victoria Pde, right outside St Vinnies in Melbourne. We had to do it at night after the trams stopped running. The reason was the 20t trams would knock the wet cement off the inside of the pipe with their rumbling vibrations. At the time I still lived at home in Heathmont.
As I was about approach my street I fell asleep. I was travelling down Wantirna Rd Ringwood towards Canterbury Rd. As my car mounted the curb it woke me up. I hit the brakes on my ZC Fairlane which brought the rear end around so I was going sideways. I knocked down a power pole and also knocked myself out cold.
I woke up to a copper shaking me awake. I was taken to the back of an ambulance after I climbed out of the drivers side window.
While sitting in the ambulance and coming round I suddenly remembered seeing a man on the footpath. It was a fraction of a second memory. I forgot to mention this was during winter and around 0530 so it was still dark.
I started screaming to the ambo's "I think I've hit someone".
With that me, the ambos and cops started down the road searching for this possible victim.
He was found in a terrible state. He was 64 yo. I went to court within 3 months. He died within 4 months. Because he was still alive at the time of my court case I only received a $300 fine 3 months suspension of my car license and got to keep my motorcycle license so I could continue to get to work. Everyone at the time said it was just one of those things, to this day I feel unworthy to breathe air.
This is an absolute true story.
