Most likely no. There is normally NO GAP at the base of the handlebar levers/controls to allow a loom to fit through. They rely upon the dimple to allow the wires to fit.
Plan B would be homemade dimples OR drill access holes in the bars and effectively run the cables internal.
I just fitted new +6" bars to the Sporty and they came with dimples, BUT I had to still drill out a gap to run the cables internally (looks a LOT tidier with Internal wires though)
