Glad you got your bike up to the standard you want, makes riding much more enjoyable I reckon, stuff the crabby old pricks that carry on about hotting up Harley's as pointless, well tuned these old girls rock.
A question, what do they mean by stage 6?
I can sort of follow along up to stage 4, Harley came up with stage 5, don't really get that either.
Stage 1, mufflers and air filter.
    Stage 2, cam swap.
    Stage 3, high comp pistons.
Stage 4, heads and throttle body.
Stage 5, a guess, steel lined cylinders?
    Stage 6, ?
    Does anyone know?

Good question and how does that Stage stuff apply if you start with say the old 110 CVO which has the filter/pipes/cam/springs/valves etc already fitted?

CVO is a bit different, I suppose you could call it a stage 2 once you change mufflers if you call 255's an upgrade.

Stage 6 is just a number someone made up to sound cool...
Here is the HH version of things (again its just the MoCo making up extra stage numbers to milk saps out of money and make the bike go like it actually should have from the outset)
Screamin Eagle offer engine upgrades in stages, this makes life a bit easier when deciding what to buy.
    - Stage 1, fitting a performance exhaust and high flow air filter, is the most common and first step when getting a bit more power out of your bike. A good stage 1 setup will see a twin cam 103ci putting out up to about 80hp.
    - Stage 2 adds a bolt in mild cam, the biggest improvements are from idle through to 4000rpm and offers good value for money if you are looking for more torque to overtake on the highway or a bit more excitement while cruising.
    - Stage 3 is where a bit more work starts, cam lift and duration increase pushing the effective power range from 2500-5000rpm, the increase in lift means that high lift valve springs are required and compression is increased to improve low/mid torque. The power increase makes the ride a bit more exciting and a lumpy idle gives your bike a nice tough note.
    - Stage 4 and 5 upgrades vary on capacity, stage 4 being 103ci and the new steel liners that Screamin Eagle offer in the stage 5 allow a 96/103ci twin cam to step up to 110ci without the need to bore cases. CNC ported heads with larger diameter valves and a big bore 58mm throttle body let the motor really breathe up top and tougher components like full complement cam bearings and high performance lifters make for a tough and reliable motor. Power stays strong up to 6,000rpm and output of 100-110hp for 103ci and 105-115hp for 110ci twin cams is achieved.
    - If you’re lucky enough to own a CVO or S model that comes with a factory fitted 110ci, Screamin Eagle have made it possible to bump your capacity up to 117ci without the need to split your engine cases and machine them to fit bigger cylinders. The 117ci kit has the potential to achieve 120hp and 125ft/lbs of torque, about a 40% increase over standard.

What stage does the specialist tuner and dyno come in. Between 1 and 2?

What stage does the specialist tuner and dyno come in. Between 1 and 2?

Stage 1 responds to a tune, done right the engine will run cool and be smooth everywhere plus give it's best performance and economy with whatever you have bolted on, to me it's worth it, for some it's a load of shit, the ECM is so good that you don't need different Cal's for power and economy, you can have your cake and eat it to.
    Done right that is.

    Thanks mate,
Some 2-1’s create an early torque but it looks like the Pro Pipe does a great job with your build and tune.
    Nice result.
