Doesn’t that indicate a blown bulb?

I spoke normally yeah....but it’s cause of the LED blinkers!
    All my indicators are fine

They work and look great. However, I do remember a specific process that I had to go through when first applying power, to ensure that the brains box knew I had LED lights. If I remember correctly I had to turn the key on and then turn the hazard lights on for 15 seconds, then power down, and then carry on as normal. I’ll look for the instructions I followed and if necessary I’ll repost those.
I paid $78.00 delivered for the Drag Speciality version of these. Amber LEDs with both amber and smoked lenses.

    Edit.
This LED product is BCM compliant. However, you must run the 4 way hazard flashers for 3 minutes with ignition switch in the “OFF” position to allow the BCM to sync the new LED turn signals after they are installed.

yes normally, if you have bulbs. because LED's have much less resistance than normal bulbs, it 'behaves' the same as if you have a blown bulb as a blown bulb provides no resistance back. that's why people put load equalizers on. not really necessary unless your actual indicators are blinking too fast, or if you don't like the dash indicator blinking too fast.

Like the line "BUT I like fucken idiots to have a big light on which way I"m going." as most cockheads have a peanut brain when it comes to my direction.
    They do look smooth though.

Hey guys good to see everyone talking about them,
Depending what bike process can be different anything 2009 and under are straight fwd plug and play! some bikes may need an equalizer,

Anything newer just make sure you take out the Ecu / fuse and d/c battery before installing this is to stop the bike going into alarm.

Never had any dramas all unit can be replaced aswell!

But made in Germany.. Ive seen some knockoffs of these made in china, with leds that fall out, thin shit wiring, finish that comes off.. hence me asking where these are made.

USA design not 100% where its manufactured as everything can say its , made in USA but manufactured else where,
but the build Qual is perfect held down with 2 grommet bolts underneath, its and Insert design so no chance of anything falling or breaking.

Its design so if 2 years down the track the LED stops you can simply remove the 2 screws and replace / re wire the new led insert

Yeah that’s cool, the cheapies I saw had the strips glued in, hot bike + hot sun + weather meant they just fell apart.

You are spot on, I’ve been keeping quiet and holding my breath, they also make the brand I have, fuck knows why I paid less than half, delivered to my door by JP Cycles? 95% of the pictures on the web are identical, which is a bit of a give away I guess.
Every man/woman/TS/GF for themselves I suppose.

Agreed. But the devices are hardly complex either. A piece of billet aluminium is hollowed out and shaped appropriately, a very simple pc board with a + and - connection is soldered on to multiple LEDs in parallel or connected to an LED array. PC boards, wire and LED’s are not expensive these days at all.
They look great, I noticed a member commented on quality earlier in the thread, it’s hard to see how something so simple can be of low quality. The important thing is they look really good, they function well and carry the CE mark and are ADR approved.

I’m looking at also removing the rear indicators and going for the fender strut mounted version but they are not CE approved so they will definitely not pass ADR muster. Given time, I think that will change.

One of my questions is has there been a set  retro fitted to the earlier hand controls  pre 96

Wow, they must be non existent, mine are 25mm wide, by 12.5 mm thick by 12.5 mm deep. Not sure you can get more compact than that. Style is exactly the same!
