    Is it just me or is the Harley aussy website a total piece of crap that fails to provide any useful content.  Its oozes 'lazy cannot be bothered'

    I have seen better sites created by 2 years olds - SHAME on you Harley!

    Agreed. And you can't search or buys parts or merchandise or anything. And they wonder why we want to buy direct from America

    Bit harsh you blokes...the HD Australia website was thoroughly designed, researched and tested before going live...by the same blokes who designed the M8 scavenge system and primary venting. :-)

    it is very much an afterthought.... just punting you off to an ebay store for some parts/clothes it's not exactly welcoming. I tend to use the US site to search for stuff then go and check with the guys at HH if they can get things for me ... works much better.
    but, seems pretty typical ... I've had no luck talking to the HD AU folks (though the HOG team are responsive) ... i suspect they're a minimal sales team with very little support from HQ :(

    I much prefer the US one and look at it to see what’s coming down the line.

    Think you’ve nailed it, why bother making an intuitive friendly site, ain’t that the dealers job? 
    Why build the perfect bike and not worry about warranties, ain’t that the dealers job?

    Yeah it is pretty lame.
    Always takes ages to load.
    I might be wrong but I think the build a bike page has disappeared from the yank site. I liked being able to see what my bike looked like with parts added.
