Vrod clutch issues, please help

Hi guys I have a 2002 vrod , I have just put in a new clutch kit and when I first rode it all seemed fine. Took it out for a second time and it feels like it is slipping when I try to accelerate. It’s a hydraulic clutch , can it be adjusted??? What’s my next step...

Hey bud, there is no adjustment per-say, new springs in the kit?

Were you supplied with the correct clutch? The later ones are different.

Hi Jd , welcome to the forum, apart from the usual jibes, :-) the extra info sought would be useful and when you say “I have just put in” did you do the work yourself so you can quote the part numbers used?

Big call - "all other the other harleys". Had a couple of VRODs (Night Rod and Street Rod) and they are no match for my XR when u hit the first corner either from handling or braking perspective.

they don't take corners, in fact go hard & try take a corner high speed they go straight ( not left or right )

It did get a few bites Allde.
Gotta say I have been trounced by a V rod before, in the twisties and don't consider myself to be a slouch/complete slow arse of a rider.

And yes I agree that is quite the scenario a fat chick wouldn't want to be in.
