    In March 2019 alone, China’s consumers bought 1.4 million motorcycles, mostly sub 350cc machines. I’m wondering what took HD so long to have a go?

    Looks like HD are further cheapening their brand while the chinks have upscaled their brand

    They copy EVERTHING!  Better to get in on the ground floor i recon.  
    BUT the risk here is that China takes all the IP (which in Harleys case will be sweet FA) it can from Harley and then shuts them out and does its own thing - it not like they give a chit about anyone else in the world.

    Think that the chinks are using all their bits but using the HD badge, HD are not providing anything but coping a few loyalties for the name. Anyway the chinks dont require IP from the 1903 HD .....

    Its not that far from the truth, after building motors for 116 yrs and the benefit of modern technology and materials they are repeat offenders in bringing underdone engineering to the market.

    Travis the truth is its been slipping for a long time now, HD seem to be grabbing the cheapest components from each supplier to keep profit up
