26 degrees PB, well just goes to show ya, better start building a boat, as global warming spec northern reaches, with sea rising.
Where as down here, it's too fucken cold for that nonsense, aye trumpy.
We have a cool 2 overnight if were lucky with a max of 9, which is just peachy!
If the cold don't kill ya, the black ice is a close second.

Mate powers his GoPro cube thing with external battery and USB cable. Just disconnects and closes little camera access door when it starts getting wet.
    Good solution there.

Hey Binnsy - following your experience and advice, I put an order in with Modest amounts today.
Getting the mirror attachment, a short arm and the doo-dad to hook it all up to the camera.
Will post pics when it's set up and give it a couple of weeks before a short review. Cheers!

Tried the mirror mount for the go pro today, pretty happy with how it went, considering some of the roads were rough enough to rattle my back teeth out.   Shot with a go pro Hero 4 session.
    Hopefully the link works.

Looks like it was a nice clear Saturday ride there, image was really steady as. Funny seeing the powerpoles bend as you approach them though!

Lovely day on The Bellarine Peninsula.
I think the power poles were bending due to the speed I was passing them at !! :-)

Yeah I think its pretty good, considering that model go pro doesn't have any in built image stabilizer.

Excellent young Binnsy. Loved the chrome of the lights. Good offset POV of the road and towards yourself. Good editing and music. You can look on line to get the GoPro intro if so inclined. I couldn't see the screen? Were you using it?

No no screen today Steelo, too nice of a day.  Tried a few different shots while I was out and about.  Practiced on some flowers in preparation for the Floriade too.!!!  I can actually add credits as well using windows movie maker.
Check this one out, was my first attempt.  Good for a laugh.  Thanks Suzie Q for the music. :-)
Was using a different mount in the footage below bit wobbly.  Good looking rooster on the bike though !!
P.S. SNIBBSY is a name I get called by a couple of mates over here. You'll see what I mean in the credits.

No mate, via the back way to Point Lonsdale, then back through Portarlington, Queenscliffe and home.  Only a short one to try out the gopro, your ride sounds great.
Mate I love that bike of yours.

This is wat I get binnsy.
It could possibly be the way I set my computer up/down. Am one of those guys that presses the incorrect button.
Kinda like to see what does that do.

Yep you dont have the right video player option.  Try installing VLC media player, that should help.

Found another mount in my box of goodies,  so mounted it facing rear on the pillion foot peg. Should make for some interesting footage.
