Advice on next bike 08 cross bones

    Hi 
    Looking for some advice on a new bike.

    Can any give me thoughts/knowledge on an 2008 cross bones. 

    Any feedback on this model and it characteristics would be great.

    It's a Springer so I am bias. 
    - Engine is a normal twin cam so as long as it has a good service history (regular oil changes) it should be fine. 
    - Won't probably find too many HD dealers that know about Springer front end (I had one ask me where I got the custom front end from !!) however there a lots of independent mechanics out there they know about them (and also a couple of people on this forum who are very knowledgeable)  
    - Some riders don't like the front end but personally I love it so make sure you give it a good test ride before u purchase

    You forgot to mention that they are as ugly as chit.  Really strange, as my mate who has an awesome chopper absolutely loves the cross bones for some reason (I like to put it down to drug induced haze, but am clinging to straws there)
    Regardless of mileage the service history is the most critical.  A regularly serviced bike thats not thrashed to death will go forever.

    My take on springer front ends... dangerous buggas, I don't mean handling wise, I mean I can't stop watching the action in motion while the bikes in motion, I love em, not got one but ridden a few, the bones is badarse.
