Up at 06:30 for a bowl of cereal and a coffee, fueled up and on the road for 07:10.
Cool but comfortable, little traffic or overtaking issues, turned of A1 at Crystal Brook, going up through the hills, it was great vision but getting cold, by Spaulding, I had though my feet had froze off, tips of the fingers were feeling it also, tried to rub for heat but little relief.
Stopped in at Morgan with 1.3 litres Of fuel. 168.9ltr, fair for outback I think. Warmed up a bit while having a chat.
Cruise of towards Renmark, feeling my feet, much more comfortable
Amazing how temperature can travel through space but not a cloud.
Started to get into “tired” mode so 100 kms from Mildura so stopped again for a stretch and a bite to eat, had prepared a salad and box of twiggy sticks, feeling a lot better, carried on, arriving 8 minutes late from the gps first prediction.
Into the room to thaw out, bloody cold.

Had a chat to to the missus and got the gos on her ride with 60 more woman from Pt Augusta via Adelaide to Mildura,  had an invite from the local long-riders for a BBQ tee, great feed and bonfire,  was a good night.
Off to bed soon to do it all again tomorrow

    total 1284.1 round trip

07:30 alarm for an 08:30, then a knock at the door 07:45, "you ready" "we go in 15
they meant 08:30 S.A. time,  so dressed, teeth and packed the bikes and left on time, around to the servo, full tanks, coffee and off
12 bikes, 11 ladies and me, (got to love that ratio) 50% Harley's and the mix of others got going in the 4C yet comfortable morning
stop in Yamba for the fruit and Veg check then over to the garage for the photo chute for the crew before the Adelaidians headed of to Loxton
no dramas through Renmark and on to Morgan, well almost, Wendy had broken here Sena so was not on the intercom, and rode straight past the corner and headed into Berri, a call on the phone had her turned around and back on track
lost another rider at Morgan but had her return in Burra, were more coffee was consumed, had some scones while there, $8 for 2, (Australian award winners)
next stop, the Tinman in Port Pirie, currently being renovated so had no toilets, held on till Port Augusta, last coffee, said by to the group then headed home
longest 600ish ride getting home at 18:30
unpacked and put away, KFC for tea, now a scotch (and repeat)

    I was the Photographer Graz
Been a few years since I won a cross dress comp

not a normal day when one is the only bloke in the crew
a group of woman can get a tad baudy, so I held my end up not my actual "end" but you know what I mean
