In Qld but depending on what you want for them, might be viable to post/courier them across.  Apparently no HD ones in Aus, will need to come from the States and other option is a cheap set of Attitude or expensive Progressive.

Let me translate for you evo.

I’m almost a neighbour. As a fellow evo owner I’ll take em off your hands for scrap metal value. They’re practically worthless. No one wants em. Can be found and given away at any bike shop here and any other country. Could be replaced, if I wanted a better ride, with a potato. However will consider helping you clear your shed if you want to share postage costs.

    Let the negotiations begin.

You can use the Tc ones you just need to swap the eyelet bolts
You need a press to swap them out you put them in a press
Compress the shock flick the c  clip out  than take the end
Cap off and swap the eye bolts over with the Tc  stud ones
Reassemble than install on the bike

Might be an option but my problem is the eye bolt on the one needing replacing has snapped in half.  Never seen it before but with the lack of road repair over here, could just happen more often.

Easy fix lowering kit , but you get that with the progressives  shocks too
I’ve got progressives on one of my bikes  and later Tc with lowering kit
On the other was a cheaper option at the time when I built the the bike
