G'day cobber, easy to do, just use the 2014 CVO Road King stuff, on the trans end get everything from the 36805-06 gasket out along with the hydraulic master cylinder and line, won't be cheap but it's all bolt on and HD.

Is the clutch cable thing such a big issue bf?  I’ve had the same one in my Softtail for 110k. Could be expensive and gonna mean time off the road.  Just check it every service so you don’t get caught out. Cheers. Post some pics of the bike and the conversion process if you go ahead with it.

Well i guess it information. 2010 with a stage 4 screamin eagle tire shredder kit on it. So that's got the clutch upgrade in the kit. Its not that its hard to engage its the fact of past experience on busted cables from those good old day shovels i have had. Been caught on the road side a couple of times. Even to the point of a new cable after about i think it was 150Km's and it let go on the handle end and it was the beefy model. So that's the reason why it not that i am lazy its more reliability.
Now on the same subject super tuner cables. No i do not want to be fiddling with tunes just want to monitor and trend. Not seeing a lot of cables available (ebay or dealer) 32109-08C is what i have that's been installed on my ride. Any one know of in WA or else where. Appreciate the input from you all and for me its that knowledge of having a ride and ride and ride, its my daily rider and weekender so i like that assurance its going to get me there and back.

Being a stage 4 they would of dyno tuned yeah?
No harm in looking at what's been done and what's going on anyway, it's your bike, the more you know the better to my way of thinking.
Cables, one is just a printer cable, nothing special, the other that plugs into the bike and the dongle is a bit more spesh, there are aftermarket ones that work, can't recall the brand right now but the local HD shop would most likely have one in stock, 50-60 bucks I'm guessing, don't have a part number handy but they are in the SE catalogue.

Yep thats the next thing from the dealer getting that info as they did the work before i got the bike. The more i know the better as you say. I had a look in the catalogue and abit confused. I look ofr the model number and it does not show so will speak with the guys in the shop i am sure they can point me right.

I put together a hydro clutch on my 2005 Lowrider a few years back from odds n sods I bought mainly from Ebay.
I still have a HD Vrod clutch master out in the back shed...tossin' up whether to do the job again on my latest (2012 FXDWG) ride.
Think I paid $100 for the master cylinder / perch and then a bit more for the lever.
Used a stainless braided line from Peter Stevens (bear in mind this was a few years back now) that if memory serves me right was about $60-80...
Sorry but I can't remember the cost of the actuator rod (PS again) but I think I got the end case / slave cylinder for around $100-150 (Ebay again).
If you are not in a huge hurry the parts come up easy enough if you troll through Gumtree / Fleabay.
It worked a treat and was easy to put together, as you suggest..reliability was my aim
(and I like to have a bike just a little different to most and to be able to say "yeh, i did that..).

Bit hard to see much difference in the pic (click then click again when you land at flickr) but it turned out neat / factory appearance.
