L A Cycles on Hoxton Park Rd Prestons ( close to Liverpool Sydney ) could help, they have done chain conversions for late Harley's & have there own in house machine shop. they done one for my twin cam Dyna. I road that close to 100,000k on the one chain & Sproket set ( made in USA sprockets & best chain I could buy plus always kept chain clean & lubricated ) L A Cycles made the spacers and lined it all up.

But WHY?  If your running super high power then a chain is the way to go, but for stock and your average stage 2-3 build a belt works.
I have run chains for 35 years and now absolutely love my belt drive Sporty....it goes forever and and is pretty much zero maintenance.

bike has done a few belts and unsure why.
has a stage 3 so nothing to do with power.
all belts were replaced through a hd dealer with genuine parts and i trust the blokes working on it.
chain will suit the look of the bike and will solve the belt drive problem.

Totally agree, has anyone noticed that the Boss Hoss 500HP bikes run belts with no issues, they are automatic though.

Once your done drop me a line and I'll buy your belt setup from you as I want to convert my old 86 FXR from chain to belt at some stage.  Assumes that the modern belt setup will fit of course.
    cheers

You can do it yourself.  if your okay taking a primary cover setup off then your good.  Mind you its not a quick job and would take all weekend; so if your in a hurry then a good local Indy would be the way to go.

Perhaps if your buying the kit locally then you could ask for recommendations of somewhere to install.

Like others have said, belts should last a long time, mine is still the original (24 years old).
If you're destroying belts you have an alignment or tensioning issue to sort out, or there could be a pulley flaw that's damaging the belt.
Even the Livewire comes with a belt drive, it has massive torque from take off & right through the rev range.
