    Charger maybe not so intelligent.

Constantly charging (flat-out, not a trickle) cooks batteries.

    ctech are the best.
Pedro123 do you live in a hot climate?

Have not used that brand, but think someone I know mentioned he was using one and it was yellow. as long as they are giving you replacement battery free as think he said two year guarantee . but not normal , so check out everything in charging system on your bike tight plugged in & all terminals clean & everything is working as it should. c-tech has always worked for me, but a few months back I had the positive terminal break off & no power to start my sporty, but the battery was not flat. that battery your using same type AGM , I prefer just has less CCA. hope you solve problem.

what size ctek charger are you using ? (amps)
I use the 5.0 (5 amps) for cars but .9 amp for my fatbob.

Even though they are intelligent, when the battery is full they still go into pulse mode and technically can  put too much charge into a battery.
one way is to put the ctek charger on a timer and charge it for 30 mins every couple of days.

Marce, have the .9 ctek charger.
Never heard of a timer that only works every few days.

The jiffy stand theory sounds pretty wild considering charge leaves possitive and returns negative. Try taking off your negative lead & put your multimeter between neg lead and neg battery terminal set ur cables to amps and if there’s a drain it will show some amps on your screen. Ignore anything under 0.2amps
