Brass bolt kit

    Hi guys,
    Wanted to change alot of my engine case bolts to brass.

    does anyone know if there are any kits out there you can buy and just not the caps?

    Chasing the matte brass finish as appose to a shinny gold.

    Don't.  Brass has one third of the tensile strength of a gr8 steel bolt.

    hi mate.
    Wasnt sure if its been done before, thats why i was curious.

    Might have to get them coated or get caps.

    You could turn up your own caps out of brass and then you can finish them any way you like.
