Triple tree/riser bushings

    G'day all.

I recently put some taller tbars on my bike and immediately noticed some movement in the stock rubber bushings - pretty typical.
I then switched out the stock rubber bushings for some polyurethane ones. Huge improvement in steering feel, no movement in the bars/bushings, in fact the whole front end seems more nice and solid.
HOWEVER, they are sending through heaps of vibration through the bars and into the grips which is doing my head in.

Does anyone know of an in the middle solution? Are there grades of polyurethane bushings I can try? Maybe I have the stiffest ones and there's some in the middle? No idea...

Lead shot poured into the bar ends... a Kg or two will sort things out as it alters the resonent freq.

I fitted anti vibration hand grips. You only can go rubber or the hard poly as far as I know anyways.
Might be something aftermarket in the middle that I don't know about however.

Can't remember the brand, but they're rubber inners with large sponge on the outside with chrome end cap. I like the larger grip size and I went looking for them as I liked them on my old Z900 back in the day. Got them from a Honda dealer, about 40 or 50 bucks.

Okay thanks will have a look around. Would prefer to not change my grips but if that's the best option I'm going to have to

Did a bit more research and the bushings I got are known for being quite hard polyurethane. There are others with more dampening properties, so I've ordered a different set from easyr and will see how they go. There's also ones from Harley (pn 56165-03) which review well in regards to vibration dampening, but will see how the ones I've just ordered perform.

    Update:
The new set i ordered are spot on. The polyurethane is stiff enough that the bars have no play and soft enough that there's little vibration through the bars.

They are made by alloy art.
