Surely you can bore your cylinders to suit?

He may just be hoping to find a set cheaper than the machining cost, but if he has the Pistons, I would bore the barrels to suit them.

I asked all over Brisbane no one wants to bore them out, They all say buy Aftermarket barrels. They won't even work on the heads.
Buy S&S or we can't help you. Cheaper to buy new than get them done they reckon.
Just finished talking to Heavy Duty and he might have takeoffs from a 2012 that has had a 110 conversion done.

Any decent engine machine shop should be able to bore cylinders. Dont limit yourself to motorcycle shops as car engine builders will likely be the go.
Headwork is another story but reputable places around Australia to send heads to that have proven track record with Harley heads. Not cheap though and if you're only going to 103 when 106, 107 or 110 is an option then Headwork may not be for you anyway. Good.luck in any event

I would go to Olie !!
he did my sporty's flywheels & balanced plus welded the pin. well I could not be happier as this is a rigid mount ( no rubber mounts or counter balancers ) and it is real smooth. going to someone that has a good knowledge & knows how to do the job right. makes a difference, also always better to resize your old barrels than to use new. also make sure barrels Torque plate resized ( I would expect anyone resizing HD barrels to have torque plates but never know )

Car shops probably won't have plates.
