Should work ok James, I have a headset I use on the red eye, but just use foam ones on the bike.
You can get them ANC ones Incorporated in molded ones like you have, as off the shelf ear buds ones might not fit under a helmet.
I think there was a thread about them somewhere.

JJ. I've done a bit of looking around and can't be bothered worrying about it for myself anymore. You'll get the solution you desire but it's going to be bloody expensive.
Those standalone noise reduction earbuds are NO WAY going to fit on or be comfortable in a helmet.

    So what can you do
Use a blutooth or hard wired harley set up in the helmet. BUT you will need some earplugs as well to cut down the road noise.
I use Alpine (cheap) which filter out the wind and road noise and allow the sound of the stereo / phone etc. I also have those machined aluminium ones but they cut all the sound out
Use a slim line earbud blutooth or hardwired direct from the phone under the helmet but you don't get the wind reduction
Get custom molded "earmold" earplugs. Plain, with speakers, or blutooth with speakers. They're expensive
Couple members have just the earbuds and somehow connect them into the blutooth helmet so they can use a fixed boom mike

What I would do with your Ultra.
Use your existing hard wired Harley helmet headset and boom mike.
    Get alpine earplugs

I made an adapter cable from the Harley to the helmet so I can use both hard wired and blutooth.

ive just rode up to marg river for weekend and decided to just give some ear plugs a go to try and reduce the wind noise etc.. wife wasnt keen but had been complaining about the after effects of wind noise long after stopping ..so we used them for the first 200 k,s . def helped cutting dowm the noise but struggled to hear the intercom even at full volume on the sena,s  .. anyway we took them out for the last leg and jeez it just seem to amplify the wind noise after having them in !!.
i havent rigged up the ultra head fones yet as i doubt it will be any different, it seems like all 3 of my helmets seem to let in a fair bit of wind noise and i always thought it was just from the visor area but after dicking around while riding along ive come to conclusion that the noise mainly comes from just under the lid around or just below the ear, ive stuck my hand there while riding and it almost  stops if u find the right spot.
im thinking maybe its the way the padding segments are attached inside the lid as all 3 of my lids are similar and all are noisey as .. even the shoei is no better that my el cheapo but they all go much quiter if i stick my hand or fingers in the right spot .

What sort of ear plugs wello?
Ordinary foam ones just won’t cut it. I’ve done them to death. Any helmet is loud.
Alpine (right) are soft silicone with a hole through the centre and a filter to cut out wind noise. They have a little applicator to get them right into the ear. I use them with Bluetooth and ultra comms.
Others (on left) metal and rubber. They completely cut out the sound other than that picked up by bone in your head. I wear them sometimes when I have no comms. Don’t need anything to push them in.

they were just basic foam plugs mate, great for riding alone lol .. they are actually good earplugs and quite comfortable just didnt think they would kill the intercom as much as they did.  i have to wear ear plugs every day all day while offshore so we get the best ones .. ill keep an eye on this post and see what comes up for future, rather not have to wear any and just somehow stop the wind noise .

If you only fit em loose Wello they  cut alot of the wind noise, but can still here the outside environment and intercom.

These are the earmold plugs that plug in with wires for music, nav or whatever. They probably do a Bluetooth version now. Block out the wind noise but I can still hear important stuff so perfect. If you go wired and want to convert to blue tooth as I have before, you can buy a small battery powered blue tooth receiver and Velcro it to the back of your helmet. Run the wire to that underneath the padding and all good.

Hi jj. Flare audio isolate earplugs. Come in colours, aluminium, titanium. A variety of diff sized rubber tops. I got the missus to get me a cheap sunglasses cord to connect them. Online about $50. Good luck. Seems sale on and you can register for 5% off code.
Consider the alpines too. You have the comms and they are better for hearing normal conversation in Servos and shops as well as cutting road noise.
