This one flew under the radar a bit but CEO gone and a bean counter jammed in for a stop gap.  Go down to forward looking statements....those statements are enough to scare of potential investors

I read it the other day, the story was on the Motorcycle News website I think but it didn't have the link you attached though. I would think that forward looking statement isn't something you'd want the whole world to see, it's not exactly confidence inspiring.
