The headlight arrangement looks a little bit weird (I think single headlight when most sportsbikes have twins these days) but otherwise it looks pretty cool if it's legitimate.

Other than the color orange and only half the HD is orange they are polar opposite
front guard orange , fairing orange, tank orange , round headlight .. same style seat .. that was enough to remind me of a resemblance to the leverda .
It's a photochop of a VR1000 and a Bareknuckle or Bronx or whatever they're calling the naked one.
How will they ever sell that,
