hi people . been looking for a rear axle covers for fatboy. found plenty but when you have a look at what models they will fit. the description is except fatboy model. harley guy told me because of standard exhaust. i've got  radius curves on he said they'd fit. is he right?.thanks in advance  

I have HD rear axles nut covers on my Fatboy Lo and installed them while I had BR exhausts. If you want to cover the swing arm nuts then you need to loosen the rear mounting plate enough to get the cover on, took 5 mins.

the 'multi fit' covers are what I have on mine, front, rear & swingarm

only issue is the exhaust side of the swingarm, the cover acutally touches the exhaust when suspension compresses.
I solved this by putting washers between the muffers and mounting bracket to move them away from the bike by the thickness of the washer
I have STD exhaust with S&S slipons
