Front end question

    G'day blokes, I have a question some-one may be able to assist me with. I have a 2003 883 sporty and want to change the front end with a 1996 Dyna superglide. Is there anything I need to know as regard it fitting straight onto the 03 sporty?

    As know one's answering I'd say no one's done it.
    Aren't they pretty much identical?
    Looking up the parts on Ronnies at least the bearings have the same part number, what are you out to achieve?

    Sporty will have sealed 3/4in bearings, Dyna will be 3/4in timkens.
    Steering stem will be identical, fork lower on the dyna will be 99 and under style so single piston brakes.

    If youve got the entire front end itll bolt straight on. If its forks and triples u may need to swap spacers etc.
