    Did the guys at your dealer shop checked the knock sensors? Faulty knock sensors could also be the problem,might be an idea to check...Faulty knock sensors can send the wrong info to the computer and by trying to rectify a problem that did not exist it creates another one.
     Another idea If you are mechanically minded, you could dismantle the spark plugs and take a close picture of the spark plugs electrodes to share in the forum(if you can)to have a better diagnostic idea of what’s happenin’ inside your engine.

    Guess it didn't sink in, see my take on what detonation sounds like is gravel bouncing around in the headers, so I just assumed that it wasn't cause that's not what Wello said so I kind of skipped over it I suppose, but maybe that is what he heard but described it differently, see what I mean?

    to be honest i had kind of forgotten all about it ... been raining a lot so havent had  the big girl out much ..must remember to listen carefully again next time out : )

    good point mate .. its going in this week to have the right side muffler changed out .. ill get them to check that out : )
