G’day all, the names Mitch. I’ve just purchased my first HD, a new ‘20 114 Breakout. Picked it up on the weekend and just had it done by CleanRide. You all know what the bike looks like but here’s a pic anyway! Thanks for having me.

Thanks Fatbat. I took it there for a paint protection application (glass coated) amongst other things. I took my Yamaha there 2 years ago and now with almost 30,000kms, it looks as good as the day I picked it up. Most won’t agree with spending the money but it’s just a personal preference of mine.

welcome : ) ... nice bike where did u buy from ? ... i was keen on the breakout as for me it was the best looking by far .. But after doing my homework on them i decided against it , lots of guys were buying them and selling them again shortly after so that kind of raised alarm bells for me .
if i was younger and comfort and handling didnt bother me there would be one in my garage for sure.

Wello - thanks mate, picked it up from Perth HD. Looking forward to chucking a new exhaust, LED’s and Tail Tidy on in a couple of weeks!

Welcome to the forum mate.
I’ll be taking the RK to get a professional clean in a few weeks, I’ll have do done research on the glass coating. Sounds cool if it adds heaps of protection to the paint work.
Hope to see you out on the Perth streets sometime.

Welcome Mitch, Breakout's are cool if you're not into big lean angles or you like scraping pegs, enjoy it and safe riding.
