My dyna is too nice..

Yeah first world problems.. I have my ratty beat up softail, it’s carby it stinks it back fires it’s rough it’s handling is questionable but it scares old people (you park up and people rapidly move away, this bike has an aura) and feels like a big bad noisy mo’sickle.
Hadn’t ridden my dyna is a while took it to go to work yesterday.. it’s smooth, instant throttle response, handles great, good brakes, its fast, it’s everything the softail isn’t. It’s pretty perfect and refined.

But I like my softail more, I’m even thinking of selling the dyna to buy another shit box softail.

I mean what’s not to like about this thing?
It’s too damn nice.

Haha I understand your situation completely! I have a nice new softail but I am looking forward to having my old ratty bike on the road. Best of both worlds...

If you want to "fix" your Dyna, do a Carb' conversion , and fit a big block !

He got it running but lost oil pressure 100 metres down the road. I got it home and pulled the oil pump apart and replaced seals. Now I just have to finish wiring and fire it up. Been pre-occupied though, recently moved to sunny QLD...

My Iron883 is rougher than my Dyna Wide Glide.
Dyna is girl bike.

looking at your bike 4.30 in the morning , and for some reason it just makes me smile, a good honest bike without all the crap, Ratly
