Went with the Harley Chin Spoiler , I think they are off the CVO`s but stand corrected if not … while of course it is mainly for Cosmetic

reasons it does have a functional use and that is it has a metal grill that covers the Fan assisted Oil Cooler I am running … have to protect those Cooler fins where possible .

Was going to go with the New Advan Black Spoiler for 17 and up Tourers but due to the fact that I am running the Fan Assisted Cooler that sticks

out a little bit further than the stock Cooler and also because I have the Chopped Engine Guard / Crash bar on , the Advan Black item would not fit .

Thanks guys … appreciate the kind words … I don`t think any of us build these Bikes of ours to win awards or get compliments but it certainly is a nice feeling when others recognise all the hard work and money and build decisions and time that goes into our pride and Joys .

My biggest problem is the Addiction of having to keep spending money … Lol … it will run out soon enough I suppose now that I am retired … but it sure is Fun getting out on a week day when everyone is at work on some Country back road and ripping in .

    Thanks again .

Well the Addiction has still got a Hold on me .. more New Goodies .. Ciro3d Headlight Bezels .. got them through Hog Lights Australia up here in Nearly Virus Free Queensland .. Sorry guys down South , just a little dig , Lol .. they are matted with the Custom Dynamics Windscreen lights as well as the Custom Dynamics Smaller side indicators

Just a little bit of Bling for the motor … started life as a 107 and is now the 114 Stage 4 … soon to be getting a new Torque Cam

Heading towards a Andrews 464 Cam to replace the 515 Screaming Eagle Power Cam …

Just have to wait till I get some Hopefully good news from very recent Engine noise … sounds like a very Tinny noise like the Exhaust Heat Shields were loose and rattling , but sadly not the case … Big possibility that it has dropped a lifter … just keeping fingers crossed it is nothing more serious ,

as I would have been changing from S.E. Lifters to Fuelling ones maybe its a sign .

Will update when I get some news … few sleepless nights ahead .

Keep me posted on this issue, I had the same tinny noise just yesterday on my 107 and I took the heat shields off the exhaust because I thought it was that too. Was going to ride this afternoon to see if the noise had gone.

Birtyyy .. will do .. while I am not exactly happy this has happened , I am a little less pissed off as I was going to do a Cam change anyhow which would have meant changing out the lifters as well .

Only 18,500 K`s on a Brand New S.E. Stage 4 Motor .. would have thought there should have been a lot more K`s to go on motor before any issue`s like this .

And of course it`s out of warranty .. why is that not a surprise .. Updates to follow .

On my last service I had that noise looked at as well TJU on my 17 107 Ultra. Was an exhaust bracket under the frame where the pipes cross under.

    Nice bike by the way.
Ill be interested to see what has happened to the lifter. I just did a cam change last week and fitted SE lifters, although it wasnt a very aggressive cam i had installed and is was in a 103.

    Good luck

As a plain Jane Road Glide owner, I am very impresssed with your thinking TJU, lovley lines.
Me, am thinking about taking off one spark plug lead, have 1 or 2 rider points left, is either that or number plate flicker.
Keep up pictures bro, good shit, helps a Southern man smile.

TJU, these are the lifters I used when recently upgrading my cam. Bought them directly thru WFO Larry, pretty reasonable postage from memory and quick, although this was before the current global issues.
    Sweet bike btw.

Hi guys .. quick update , still waiting to hear back from shop .. they are fairly sure it`s a lifter issue but won`t get ahead of myself until I hear exactly what it is .

Most likely will go with the Fuelling lifters .. have heard some good things about the HP+ ones they have .. Magnum54 , have heard the same thing about the Race Series items so will steer clear from them .

A bit wet and windy up here at the moment so good time to get this sorted .. check back in soon .. Cheers .
