Gents need help to sort out these codes. A mate changed his battery on a 2018 Softail Deluxe M8 but he got the leads crossed. He called me to help so i changed the battery leads around and started to check for faults. Could not clear the codes as the indicators would not work. I had a new BCM spare, installed and configured the BCM. Tested the bikes indicators and the faults were still present. Could the fault be in the speedo? 

Yeah, I think the signal module is separate from the ECM

Had his battery shit itself so soon.  

The 7.5 fuse had blown when he turned the ignition on. He replaced the fuse before I got to it. The fuse has not blown since, so I thing the damage has been done to those to cuicuits.  LHF & RHR indicators don’t flash.

Thats bloody odd... as the unit only has 2 outputs (1 x left and 1 x right) - well thats the case on my 09 Sporty.
