    Well said magnum.
    I too,  improve/modify my bikes for my own gratification - for no one else.
    Same as I improve/modify my house, garage, yard, fences etc for my family's needs - it's for no one else.

    I can understand what you mean magnum. I think of it as product improved.
    mostly the reason I do it. out the box they have never felt perfect, but they are mass production.
    when you get one set up for yourself, it should feel like part of you, & you should be able to ride it WOT, & feel perfectly in control.
    But everyone is different. I just love riding my Bike!!
