So... The baffles are not wide enough so needed to add a ring to make them fit all good.  Then test road last week.  and ALL I can hear is a bloody rattle rattle all the time.  Crap I think i need to wedge the front of the baffle to cut down the noise so pull out the baffle and give the pipes a good knock... MOST ODD its still rattleing!

15mins of head scratching later I wonder if there is something up the pipe...  

THAT explains why I was a bolt short for my Door Bolt I build the other week...lol.... I do not want to even ponder how the fark that happened.!
