rear wheel offset?

    Hi
    Just want to clarify, is it a truth or myth or misunderstanding that Harley put a rear wheel closer to one side of the fender than the other? 

    Which model which year actually they do this? Is a 2010 or late model of dyna or softail (old and new) still like this?
