Any idea if it'll fit a 2000 deuce as well??

Hi mate I just put a 200 back wheel on my 2002 Deuce, I bought a Ride Wright wheel 18 x 5.5 and fitted a Metzeler Marathon 200/60  what you have to do is on the brake side you take off the brake assembly and grind or cut off the 10mm lug where the axel goes through as the wheel has to move 10mm to the right then cut a new spacer between the brake bracket and the hub. on the other side you have to replace the pully and belt with one off a 07 softail as they run a 20mm wide one otherwise the original belt will rub on the tyre and swingarm add a spacer between the pully and hub to clear the tyre and cut a new spacer between the swing arm and hub, you do NOT have to change the swingarm.
The hardest part of doing this is changing the drive belt as you have to take the seat off, battery out, remove the outer primary case remove the compensator and clutch basket undo the starter motor then take the inner primary off, undo the swing arm bolt and knock it through enough to remove the spacer where the belt passes then change the belt and put it back together, if you are not mechanically minded it will cost around $800 for a Harley mechanic to just change the belt.
So it can be done and it dose look very good, if anyone is interested I have made a video of how to do it also making another one of changing the back guard and making my own struts also splitting the fuel tank and widening it buy 70mm and full respray
