    I dig it!

    As a kid I spent a bit of time on my dads 82 sturgis (which he still has, albeit a bit worse for wear, looking more than slightly used) so that may have a bit to do with it, it's also the reason I always wanted to have a Harley when I grew up haha!

    I have a feeling my dad may not be happy about the brand new wide glide he purchased less than 8 weeks ago when he sees this!

    Yeah im not happy about the new wideglide I bought 3 weeks ago! (ok thats not true.. I love my WG), but this thing is pretty freakin hot, would have been all over that if I'd known about it!

    Reminds me of the 80's Yammy XS 1100 Midnight Special... similar colors. Black Chrome?

    Yamaha did a few bikes in the black and gold theme, one of my workmates (currently rides a Triumph cruiser) used to have a Yamaha XV750 'special' in that color scheme and I think they did a late XS650 in those colors as well.

    I reckon that was about the same time the black/gold Sturgis was released so maybe they were trying to get some of that market (another knock off attempt).

    What I've been told,it's a throw back type tribute to the Cafe Racer of the 70's ( was it 1977, correct me if I'm wrong ).
    It's a super Kool looKing biKe. And will go like a shower of Shit.

    I heard that there is a vid on Twitter of the new Dyna S getting revved by some bloke (who may have enjoyed the experience 'too' much).

    Otherwise I'm sure the vid will be available on coverage of all things HD from the 'X Games'. Worth a google sometime.

    Got my deposit down a few days ago. Pretty happy considering I was about to buy a Street Bob and spend $$$ painting everything black.

    They haven't told me a price yet. Basing it off the Fatboy/Slim S they're both roughly $2500 extra so I'm guessing it should be the same. I'll keep you posted though once I find out more. I'm going through M&W in Brisbane and called them as soon as I saw HD announced it.

    I've never liked all blacked out bikes..... But now.....I've found one. That thing is gorgeous. I've been going mental since I first saw it yesterday.
    The main thing that I don't like though is the air cleaner. Not for me. Niiiice looking bike H.D.

    The deal I was offered was $1,000 deposit, refunded if I didn't like the bike when it got here,

    reck'ns there be no worry selling them.

    HD have not yet released a price, but his stab was about $30,000.

    I was told by a reputable perth HD dealer likely to be 26K-ish ride away. About $2500 above base street bob. They had taken 6 deposits by midday Monday - these will sell like hot cakes. Hope the get a pile of them.

    Other than the supe sucker aircleaner - HD have got this thing oh so right.
