Nice, you've put some effort into it.
Do you like the 15wt fort oil, and how much is in each leg?
I need to experiment with mine.

Thanks. Ain’t no other Sporty out there with a Rocker C wheel (AFAIK).
I previously had Penrite 10W fork oil but that was too soft (fast). I’m now using 15W Castrol. Perfect.
As to the amount, the only correct way is NOT by measuring how much you put in, but how much you don’t.
Let me explain, when emptying your old oil (depending on method) you will never get all the oil out (unless you strip the forks down). So, in the case of 39mm forks, the correct amount is 135mm from the top AND the correct way to measure is springs out and forks fully compressed (tubes at bottom of legs/lowers).
As to emptying out (almost all) the old oil, I have a tried and true method...

Amazing photos man, love the wheels.
    Here’s my dirty-ass Nightster.

It’s my first HD, it needs a bit of TLC but I’m totally smitten with it. Coming from 8 years of punting around superbikes, I finally scratched the itch I’ve had since I was a teenager, a totally different kind of riding but I absolutely love it.

    Good your loving it!
how much longer than stock is the rear shock?
I've got my rear shock 1 inch longer than stock, but can adjust it up another half inch, when I do that it make the steering much quicker . I think if I go too quick in steering I'll need a steering damper. but so far I'm ok. with those pipes & 15 & a half inch long shocks you could knees down!

Push oil out the usual ‘on-bike’ way to get bulk of oil out, lightly replace drain screws, then (with a helper)...
    1. If necessary, remove handlebars (unbolt risers, tie bars up just out of way).
    2. Secure bike and raise (jack) front approx ~25cm for forks to clear triples.
    3. Remove fork caps (be careful of spring pressure) and fork springs.
    4. Unbolt brake caliper(s) from fork lower(s). Leave to hang loose. (I put a screwdriver between pads to keep them apart.)
    5. Loosen triple clamps.
    6. Slide out forks complete (leave front wheel and guard on).
    7. Undo drain screw on one side.
    8. With forks angled to drain well (into a tub/bucket) place palm over top end of one fork tube (to seal it) and push down on fork tube to pump (squirt!) oil out.
    9. Remove hand from top of fork tube (to let air in) and pull fork tube up.
    10. Repeat 8 and 9 until no more oil comes out.
    11. Pull tube up again and leave that side to gravity drain for at least 10 mins.
    12. Do same steps 8, 9 & 10 for other side, then repeat on first side. Then second side after 10 mins.
    13. Replace screws.
    • Important part is to allow forks to gravity drain before last pumping. You will get absolutely almost all the oil out. Only a small amount remains in the bottom of the inner damper tube.
    14. With fork tubes fully depressed (springs still  out), fill with new oil to 135mm from top of (39mm) fork tubes - this is regardless of having longer fork tubes (temporarily cap tubes to avoid dirt).
    15. With caps off, pump fork tubes 10 times (temporarily cap tubes to avoid dirt) and wait a few minutes and check levels again. 16. Insert springs (for progressives the tighter coils go to bottom), then cap and reassemble.

    [26/4/20 Edited for clarity.]
